Friday August 14th, 2026
3:00 pm – Arrival and Registration Open – Dining Hall
5:00 pm – Wine and cheese (and N/A beverages) – Boat House
6:30 pm – Pasta and Salad supper with protein, BYOB – Dining Hall/Kickball Field
7:45 pm – Campfire with S’mores – Beach
9:00 pm – Board games and tea/snacks – Dining Hall
10:00 pm – Taps and Quiet Time

Saturday August 15th
6:30 am – Coffee, fruit and snacks – Dining Hall
6:45 am – Oak Island Swim – preregistered swimmers & support team – Beach
7:30 am Wake Up Bell
8:00 am – Breakfast until 8:45 am – Dining Hall. Lunch slips for paper bag lunch due by 9 am
9:00 am – Assembly – Lodge
9:30 – 11:30 am – Activities open – All Around Camp
11:30 am – Rec Swim Open – Boat House
12:30 pm – Lunch – paper bag lunch pre-ordered by end of breakfast
1:30 pm – 2:30 pm – Rest Hour. Relax and free play
2:30 pm – 4:30 pm – Activities
2:30 pm Tennis Tournament
4:00 pm – – Pickleball Round Robin on Tennis Courts
4:30 pm – Rec Swim – Boat House
6:00 pm – Supper Cookout – Dining Hall
6:15pm – President’s Welcome
6:30 pm – Silent Auction Closes
7:30 – 8:30 pm – Campfire – Beach
9:00 pm – Board games and tea/snacks – Dining Hall
10:00 pm – Taps and Quiet Time around camp

Sunday August 16th
7:00 am – rain/wind hold for Oak Island Swim
7:30 am – 5K Road Race – Farm House Lawn
8:00 am Wake Up Bell – coffee and light snacks available – Dining Hall
9:30 am Brunch – Dining Hall
11:00 am – Check out of Cabins – please review the welcome sheet for information on how to leave your cabin 🙂
11:30 am – Reunion is over; camp is closed
