The Head of Activity must be a creative and dynamic, well organized person who can manage all aspects of the program. Responsibilities also include planning projects and ordering supplies within budget. Staff should have good knowledge of basic to more advanced projects, kiln firing both bisque and glaze, and electric wheel throwing of pots.
